- View the product/s you are interested in. By clicking on the button you will get an enlargement of the photograph to see details and back of the product, composition, available sizes and price.
- Select a garment and add the item to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or place your order.
- If you want to process your order you have the option of registering or completing the purchase without registration.
- Choose a shipping method.
- Select a payment method.
- Confirm the order.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.

The navigation languages are: English and Spanish.

Yes, except for those products with handmade processes in which there could be a slight difference in finish.

In the "Newsletter" section you can unsubscribe easily. Cover the data and select "send".

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log-in section. You will receive an email with your new password.
How can I be sure that I have done my purchase correctly?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service department.

Yes, you can view the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, go to the "orders placed" section of your account. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yeah. Yeah. From the shopping cart you can remove items that you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.

Yeah. Yeah. You can cancel your order, as long as the state of it allows it. To do this, go to the "orders placed" section of your account. If you are not registered, go to the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email and click cancel.
What should I do if I get a defective item?
Cyrana furs only sells items in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you get a garment with some tara contact our customer service department.

If you ever get an item that you have not ordered by mistake, please contact our customer service department.
